I am Charline M Siphers, born in Missoula and raised in Stevensville.

I graduated high school in Stevensville and the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication.

After College graduation, I married and spent five years in Seattle where I worked as a manager for the Bon Marche and a sales representative for Nordstrom. When our daughter, Meghan, was two we decided to move back to Montana to be close to family.  Once back in Great Falls I worked as a Customer Service Representative for First Nationwide Mortgage. After my second daughter, K, arrived I was blessed to be a “stay-at-home” mom. Of course, “Stay at Home “mom means Room Mother, PTA, Spirit Gear, and chauffeur to swimming, Taekwondo, basketball … you get the picture. Once I had more free time I sold cars for City Toyota, rented cars for Enterprise, cashiered at Walmart, worked as a teller at a local bank and took calls for Asurion servicing Target Warranties. Asurion left Great Falls, as did I.

I ended up in Polson working for Bayside Property Management. I enjoyed Property Management. Helping people find housing is very gratifying. I decided to get my Property Management license and moved back to Great Falls to work for a large Property Management Company. I left that company and came back to Polson. I performed Property Inspections for Be Smart Property Management until a friend in Missoula called for help managing his father’s Trust of 28 properties. I worked for the Trust for five years, until the Trustee passed away and they sold the properties. While I was working for the Trust, in 2019, I joined my brother, Craig Siphers, selling Real Estate. My beautiful Niece Erica Siphers is also an asset to our team.

Family is the MOST important thing for all of us.  I am very thankful to be living on the shores of beautiful Flathead Lake. I live in a cabin on my sister’s property and help her care for my disabled niece.

My experiences in Property Management and Customer Service give me a strong foundation for my career in Real Estate. Someone in the Siphers family has sold real estate in Western Montana since 1966.
